We keep social responsibility an integral part of our business by supporting a number of organizations each year via fundraising, volunteering and spreading awareness. We are excited to sponsor a series of events and roundtable sessions specifically for Young Women of Color who are studying to enter the Technology field. As a Woman and Minority-Owned company, we understand how important it is to have a place where inclusion, diversity and equity are celebrated and promoted. Our goal is to bring young high-school and college students together for our sponsored events.
We welcome all women from the ages of 16 - 25 who are currently studying for their career in technology. The purpose of this series event is to promote and focus on Young Women of Color who are learning and growing in field of technology. All are welcome to attend this series event.
This group will be meeting virtually on the last Wednesday of each month and inviting different speakers monthly to share their stories, visions, tips and advice for successful growth for the young woman's future career in technology.

For New Business Referrals:
• New business referrals are HR executives, hiring managers, or internal recruiters whom you know personally and who are currently hiring.
• If your new business referral becomes a BlueFlaire client and hires at least one candidate through us, you will be awarded $500 (limit one referral bonus per lead).
• Note, for temporary placements, the employee must work at least 520 hours to quality for the referral bonus.
For job candidate referrals:
• Job candidate referrals are job candidates whom you know personally and whom you recommend for a specific job opening.
• If your job candidate referral is placed in a position by BlueFlaire within 6 months of your referral, you will be awarded $500 for that referral.
• When starting to work with BlueFlaire, the candidate must indicate that they were referred by you in order to qualify.
• Note, for temporary placements, the employee must work at least 520 hours to quality for the referral bonus.
