Role Description

This is a temp to permanent full-time (up to 90 days) on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist at our client's location in Washington, DC. Our client is a large non-profit organization with over 2800 end users.  The Help Desk Support Specialists will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and delivering exceptional customer support daily.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Desktop Computers and Help Desk Support experience
  • Strong Customer Support background
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a required
  • Associate's degree is preferred but not required
  • Must have US Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule at 12:30-9pm
